Return an Item
You can find return instructions and a return label on the back of your order invoice.
Return/Exchange Instructions:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it. It's as simple as that!
1. Include your name, address, phone number and email address
2. Indicate what action you would like us to take:
Replace/exchange
OR
Refund - crediting the card that was originally used
3. List the merchandise you are returning and if exchanging, list the merchandise you would like sent back to you
4. Let us know the reason you are returning your item

EU CUSTOMERS-RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period."
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To cancel your order or request a return, you can submit a request directly through your account or order status page at any time before your order is fulfilled, or within 14 days of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your withdrawal request has been submitted.
Refunds: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
